Lycium barbarum extract (Chinese wolfberry extract) is a fine brown powder, and we extract it from the Chinese Wolfberry‘s root bark. It contains betaine, lyciumamide, beta-sitosterol, sugiol, melissic acid, linoleic acid, and cinnamic acid. Chinese Wolfberry is a boxthorn in the family Solanaceae, from which it is primarily grown in the Ningxia. It is also known as Chinese boxthorn, Chinese matrimony-vine, Chinese teaplant, Chinese Wolfberry, Wolfberry, and Chinese desert-thorn. It is useful in traditional Chinese medicine for treating various disorders.

Role in the cardiovascular system
Lycium barbarum extract’s (Chinese wolfberry extract) antihypertensive effect is related to the central nervous system. Hypoglycemic effect
